Request a Pack
Order your free postal pack from The Gold Spot today and receive it promptly. Upon arrival, place all of your unwanted gold in the enclosed Special Delivery envelope, which comes with prepaid postage, and complete the form that accompanies it.
Send it Back
Once you have securely packed your items, seal the pre-paid envelope and take it to your nearest Post Office without incurring any charges. Additionally, your items are fully insured for up to £750. We have made the entire process hassle-free for you.
Get Paid for Your Gold Our team of experts will assess and value each piece the same day upon receiving them. You will receive a fair and honest offer, and cash will be transferred to your account within an hour of accepting the offer. There is no fee charged, and you get to keep the full offer amount.
Absolutely! As long as you used the prepaid Special Delivery envelope that we provided in your free post pack then your gold is fully trackable and insured up to £750. Special Delivery guarantees your items will be delivered by 1pm the following day (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
If you sent your gold in the prepaid silver Special Delivery envelope that we gave you within your pack then it should arrive by 1pm the following day (excluding Sundays). You should have received a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office, this will have a tracking code for you to use with Royal Mail here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Please note, we do get a lot of packs arriving before 1pm and will be making our way through the deliveries as quickly as we can. However, if you haven't heard from us by 4pm then please do get in touch by emailing us hello@thegoldspot.co.uk
If you can't find the tracking number, a member of our team should be able to locate this for you if you email us hello@thegoldspot.co.uk with your customer reference number.
Once you've securely sent your gold to us in the Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope we provided, it will arrive to us on the next working day. We promise that we will appraise and value your items before 1pm and will call you with your offer that very same day.
As soon as you accept our offer, we will arrange payment via BACS transfer within the hour.
